I had such a great experience thanks to an amazing manager who went above and beyond! I had driven 30 minutes to grab dinner for my family, and when I got home, I realized a sandwich had been left out by mistake. I called just to ask for a refund—no big deal—but the manager didn’t hesitate. She said she’d personally make it fresh and bring it to me. I was honestly blown away.

You just don’t see this kind of customer service anymore. I didn’t catch...

It was ok, but I probably wouldnt go back. The cajun fries were good and they had good serving sizes. The worst part was the chicken. The chicken came in small chunks and was bland, very similar to canned chicken. They also didnt put much of it on the sandwich. The descriptions of each sandwich were too small on their screen so I had to ask for a physical menu which weirdly had the prices blacked out on it for every single item, which resulted in having to look up and down a lot....

It's an above avg sandwich! I'm from California where IKE'S started and back home before moving to Utah it was my favorite spot with absolute top of the line sandwiches. They set an impossible bar to meet because even though the sandwiches here were good and fresh and we enjoyed them I'm too spoiled from the original IKE'S in San Francisco. It feels like at this one they turned the flavor profile down to 50% and I can't put my finger on it. No garlic...
