Please don’t be lazy and make chocolate shakes by just swirling around chocolate ice cream. A chocolate shake needs to be vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. I hate that you’ve defaulted to this. So not good.

Food was honestly some of the best i have had. Unfortunately the service was something I couldn’t comprehend. They left me sitting with no acknowledgment for 20-30 minutes I asked multiple times for our food. The bag I was given was the same one that was there when I first arrived and was waiting. All they had to do is give me the food the first time I asked. A shame such good food was cold by the time I could sink my teeth into it.

Absolutely delicious!!! But be forwarned, there is consistently a very long wait for your food. I do not recommend going if you're on a schedule or in a hurry.

Do not allow your child to work here unless they really don’t care about the employer as much as they will be cared for. My daughter started here at 15… worked hours outside of labor law hours because she’s always willing to do! Was with the company almost 2 years… when they cut her with out any reason. Or at least the store manager/GM told me “it just wasn’t working out.” Above is a response from the owner. My daughter is a hard worker. And made the company aware that she would be resigning in may due to relocation… and this was shortly after. I raise my kids to know that life is unfair and people can suck. But they are doing a serious injustice to our young people (who still have work ethic) by just dismissing them.

Please clean the side wood wall’s booths/tables. They have food and grease all over. Not the best service, courtesy and smiles are a must :). Food was great! Thanks!

I just drove through and ordered my birthday burger. Got back home, the fries were limp and nasty (like they were last nights fries), the burger was wrong, and it was completely PINK AND MUSHY.. so disappointed on my birthday.
