I was visiting for my honeymoon from Rexburg Idaho and was interested in having some ramen as it's been a while since I've had some good ramen. 10/10 experience as this was the best ramen I've had in a long time. Which is saying a lot as someone who worked under a Japanese chef at a ramen shop. The tonkastu broth was super creamy and had an incredible flavor. JINYA Ramen was excellent. The food was really good, and this is definitely a spot I’d return to. The ramen was flavorful, the cocktails were very good, and the restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere.
The service was also great. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and helped make the experience even better. One standout for me was the egg, honestly one of the best ramen eggs I’ve had.
