I loved Haku Ramen House. Traveling through Utah, it happened to fall right for our trip's dinner, and I'm so glad it did.
I had the eponymous Haku Ramen, a form of tonkotsu ramen soup. It was delicious and the pork chashu was brilliant even for a guy who normally doesn't like pork all that much.

The best ramen and sushi rolls ever fried tofu is great. Along with edamame, all of it, is great you can't go wrong!
