I came here for an interview today and I’m literally sitting in my car writing this because I cannot believe what I just experienced. And I am so disappointed with how I was treated by the general manager Fred. He was crouched in his chair, no smile, kind of seemed annoyed that he had to do this interview. My compliments to the chef 2pm 9/13/24. I ordered take out and it was delicious in every way. Presentation was excellent (it was take out!) looked great ~ more importantly it tasted great ~ so fresh. I am most appreciative.
We used to love black bear, but the last 3 visits it’s the same story. Slow service, poor quality food, and order issues. His time takes the cake. We waited over 5 minutes for anyone to even offer us water. Cocktail sauce was rancid, and items were missing. We were charged for a refill on a kids drink (included in the kids meal) just so many issues that continue to get worse.
