We order from here all the time to work and they are never on time always fashionably late even asked the guy once if they were busy and he said “naw” it’s usually 40 minutes or more for them to make the order and drive it like right down the street. Sandwiches are always amazing but the guy at the register today was rude explaining things. I ordered and he repeated it to me using sandwich numbers. I hadn’t ordered that way so I didn’t know what he was confirming. He got a little rude and said it says up there SLIM. After searching there is a very tiny white bar that explains a SLIM. He made me feel so dumb. Won’t come back to this location.
Did drive through, my daughter asked for a #1 no tomato in a little John . They still added tomato, forgot the meat and added avocado . we couldn’t even go back since we didn’t think to open the food in the car so it was a huge disappointment when we got home and my 8 year old had nothing to eat since her order was completely wrong. Absolutely ridiculous! We also didn’t get our points added to our account . This was Friday July 11 at around 6:45-7:00 PM only thing right was that it was a little John . No reason it should have been an error since on the receipt what we asked for correct . Like was the food made with their eyes closed.

This was the worst Jimmy John's we have ever been to. This location was embarrassingly disappointing. We spent $100 on subs today for a party. The pictures are just two of the types. One was a bacon turkey. The one that is just lettuce was supposed to be a turkey avocado. I don't leave reviews, but I think everybody should know how bad this specific location is.

I want to know the video or the food handler test that gives a employee to put things touched with bare hands in your food and was asked by the female employee to remove it and left it in my sandwich until the other guy took it out. Tampering with peoples food is actually illegal and I'm saving my receipt incase I get sick with covid or germs he has passed to me. No one wanted to give a new sandwich or my money back when I said how screwed up he was for doing it the other employee just said oh sorry. This is the worst jimmy johns I've been to a lot of young kids thinking they are funny messing with peoples food right infront of them. I wouod like corporate involved he should not handle food. I HATE I had to put one star on this. Zero stars don't eat here if you don't want people tampering with your food and laugh in your face.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I was eating with my friends, I ordered a pick-up and was waiting inside, sitting at a table. Then like 15 minutes later, a worker came over saying the manager asked us to leave the table. So we got up, and a bit after that we sat back down because there was nowhere else to wait for my order. Then right after I got my food and sat down to eat, another worker came again saying we had to leave. I felt really disrespected by that, I couldn’t even eat my food in peace.
