We had high hopes after a day of shopping, unfortunately the service is beyond slow. There was no one in the restaurant which is even more frustrating. Server was not friendly and not attentive to anyone’s needs. We won’t be back sadly.

The place represents the past. The server was nice and on top of everything. The food was not very good. I may not return unless they change things. No flavor and wilted lettuce.

Seemed like a fun spot from the outside…. But the food is terrible. It all tastes super cheap. Couldn’t finish the burger due to excessive amounts of grease and the fries weren’t even salted. Could have had better fries buying them from a frozen bag at Walmart.

Very dirty, it looked like no one cleaned it the night before. Lots of unswept floor, shake tumbler that had residue from previous shakes on it, dirty glasses, and the spoon for the shake looked used or dirty cherry or strawberry on it. It’s sad to see a restaurant I enjoyed go down like this.

Way overpriced for the amount of food you get! They scam you with the shake even supposedly splitting it in two containers that don’t even fill the original cup. Ridiculous.

Where do i start with the bad experience. It was dirty. People are coming here to eat and it needs to be cleaned. The boosters look like they have sat outside for 10 years and never been wiped off. When the food came every single one of the kids meals had cold French fries. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms had clogged toilets. There was one waitress. And i needed some milk for my toddlers bottle and they charged me $4.11. Are you serious?? I get and upcharge but come on. Such a terrible experience.
Was clean, and the burger was great and sizeable. Bacon cheese fries were a little skimpy on the bacon but otherwise the food was great. Good service and good location.

Crazy experience here at the outlet Johnny Rockets and come to find out at the end it was the manager serving us!!!! Haven't been to a Johnny Rockets in 15yrs and so missed it. We got seated and it took a bit for drinks but hey no problem i understand how it goes sometimes so wasn't sweating it one bit. We order foo, kids meal comes out first cool but was unfortunately wrong. Mentioned it right away and she gets it fixed still no biggie! Adult meals then come out both of our meals were incorrect and burgers looked like something from a kids menu. Mine was suppose to be a double, nephew didn't get fries. My nephew didn't mind just ate burger without fries. i mentioned mine since my double was just a single but charged for double so yeah I'm saying somethin.. She takes my plate with fries and burger to correct issue then comes back with my new burger but fries were gone as if i was just supposed to be okay with it. Took a minute to get her attention and got her to bring me fries finally but also mentioned to her we had absolutely no napkins the entire time, nor asked if we needed any. She also didn't ask my son if he wanted sauce for his tenders. Look I'm a guy i can handle a few screw ups but this was like 6 things that were not right due to waitresses bad service and lack of care. I ask for the ladies manager and she replies saying she was the manager. I'm like wow anyone above you, she says yeah the owner but they're not available. What an absolute joke man ruined the experience i wanted to remember
