I haven't been here often but I enjoy each time I come. The food is pretty good and the waitress I had was very nice. Atmosphere is calm and it's a nice way to end a shopping spree ? definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for simple burgers /pos

My husband and I tried this Johnny Rockets for the first time. We had been to another location years ago and enjoyed it and we recently wanted to experience the fun environment and good food again and this location was closest. So we went during a slower time in the day- in between lunch and dinnerHowever, this location was not their best performance. The fries (that don’t come with your burger and you have to pay extra for) were cold and stale. Not inedible but pretty disappointing. Burgers were a solid okay, not terrible but also not very memorable. Definitely not worth the $$$.The environment and was a little distracting with the kitchen crew, servers etc. With the kitchen being open and in view of the customers it was loud. I’m totally okay with people having fun while they work, i’ve worked in restaurants before and it is important to do so. But this crew was a tad too loud, too casual and distracted. They were eating Chinese food from plates on the counters. And while talking and laughing is perfectly fine- they were so chatty that they themselves were distracted and they were distracting to those around them. Once seated, we waited 15-20 mins till the server came to our table to take our order (she was in the kitchen laughing/talking). Lot’s of crew standing around, on phones etc. (not switching gloves in between food and phone and touching of faces). Just overall not a professional environment. Not looking for stiff and severe just more attentive and polished.Oh and the bathroom door handle was broken so we couldn’t access the bathroom (it was empty - we knocked. Perhaps it’s just fickle and it is fine but we couldn’t seem to get the handle to work). There are a couple smaller things that took away from the experience but the combination of dissatisfaction in food and the overly casual and distracted crew has deterred is from going to this location again.

Clean, old school, classic look inside. Food isn't too bad, but people are too serious. No smile, nor small talks like back in the day. It's best to dine in than to go, I say. It'll make you feel young like how it was back in the day.

Not very wheelchair friendly, everything is so cramped could hardly get in the door and navigate to table. Food is good but won't be back.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids good portion sizes.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly. Space in entry and dining areas far too tight to maneuver through.

**Review of Johnny Rockets: Overpriced with Subpar Service**I recently dined at Johnny Rockets and was left underwhelmed by the overall experience. While the food was decent, it certainly did not justify the high prices. The menu offerings were over the standard fare, but the cost felt super inflated considering the quality and portion. One of the most disappointing aspects of the meal was the lack of attentive service. Our waiter only visited our table once, and that was solely to deliver the bill. Throughout the meal, we were left to fend for ourselves, which detracted from the dining experience.Overall, while the food at Johnny Rockets may satisfy your hunger, be prepared to pay a premium for it. However, if you're looking for attentive service and value for your money, you may want to consider other dining options.

The chef that helped us at the counter was awesome. We came in close to closing and got fries for my daughter. He was very helpful and kind.
