KFC has gone downhill. The ordering process was a nightmare as the woman taking the order hardly understood English. I ordered two Fill Up baskets. The chicken was cold and dry, the coleslaw was more of a soup than a slaw, and the pie bites taste like cardboard.

I didn’t even want to leave one star. My husband ordered online free bucket of chicken with purchase of $18 order. When I went to pick up the chicken, they said the only thing that they had on the ticket was mashed potatoes, coleslaw, gravy, and macaroni and cheese. I even called my husband and they still wouldn’t honor the free bucket of chicken or give a refund and treated me like I was trying to pull one over on them.The food is not as good as it used to be,many years ago they would use real potatoes and now it’s instant mashed potatoes.I guess I should’ve paid attention for the times that I have gone into the Lehi KFC that nobody is in there and now they have lost another customer. Do not trust the ad for a free bucket of chicken!

unfortunately I love KFC today it was the day I ordered it there was hardly any breading on the chicken and it was mushy. It was not crispy. Very unusual. Very disappointing.

I've been through the drive thru a little after 10 am more than once and no one answers. Looking through the windows as I drive by and looks like it's closed.

I know it's kfc, but I'm dead serous when I say the people here are super helpful and kind. I watched this man Alan ( i was impressed enough to ask his name)run around helping everyone in a major rush and when my order was missing something, usually in the rush would be met with negativity, he apologized repeatedly fixed the issue and went back to helping. A true team player and a great person to be in front of the crew. Thanks man.
