I’m seriously stood at the counter for 3 minutes before I ask the workers if there was anyone working the counter. Then, when I tried to order, I was told that they didn’t have coleslaw. What?! KFC with no coleslaw? The guy said, “we haven’t had it for a while.” I have circled all of the places with dirt and crumbs. Definitely avoid this location.

Best KFC in Utah on I15 & main st. In Lehi utah easy and convenient access. Information on specials with big posters in front windows and drive through signs .Reasonable prices for ones budget clean restaurant with well maintained restrooms and supplies. One of my favorite places to eat they always get my orders right hot and fresh.A variety of choices to select from menu also free Wi-Fi. Courteous service always greeted with a smile and politeness. Well prepared food nice and hot with correct orders always that's why it's one of my favorite establishments. This crew deserves a raise and a bonus happy holidays.

I've been to this KFC location a half dozen times over the past few years. Every time I have been disappointed. Restaurant not open, dining room not open, out of chicken, can't get my order right, etc. The last time this past weekend, they were out of crispy chicken again. It was 6:15 p.m. Who runs out of crispy chicken at a chicken restaurant in the middle of the dinner rush? This is clearly poor planning by management. And it's not the first time this has happened to me at this location (not to mention other KFC locations as well). They said it would be 10 minutes. So we agreed to wait. Twice someone came out and tried to give us the wrong order. Finally after 25 minutes we received our order. But after checking in the box, it was all original recipe chicken. We didn't wait 25 minutes for original recipe. I'm so done with this restaurant. From now on I'll drive the extra distance and try one of the other local locations. The only reason I'm giving this KFC more than 1 star is because the chicken, when you finally get it, is really good.

Kinda ridiculous that their employees lack common sense! Had a DoorDash delivery and I’ve been doing this for years! So I know what I’m doing I get some people steal food but me never! I showed the girl that I confirmed pickup and not my fault she’s an idiot and can’t see clearly! ?♀️ and then I had this other moron who proba was the manager come out to double check never in my life of dashing have I had this! No wonder they don’t make bank if that’s how they act!
