I always use the drive thru. Sometimes they don't give a fork/spork for my Mac N cheese. Sometimes they neglect to give me the sauces I requested. I experience minor problems a solid percentage of my visits, but it's never been anything major.

First of all, don’t have a sign on your window that says if you don’t get your receipt, your meal is free. If you can’t even abide by your policy!!! First of all, The GUY was really rude. Was literally turning around and talking to coworkers about me in front of me. Second of all I got two buckets of chicken. They forgot one bucket of chicken and they wouldn’t give me my bucket of chicken. Told me that I had to pay for it. When I already had paid for it, he asked for the receipt, but he didn’t even give me a receipt. so he made me pay for another bucket of chicken. Also, I had two coupons. I asked him to look at it, and he said doesn’t matter. DEFINITELY ONE OF THE WORST AND RUDEST KFC’S!!! I will definitely be contacting HR!!!!
Pricing on the menu is INCORRECT, a famous bowl with drink will actually cost you $6.19 The chicken was more dry than it looks on this grey, shriveled picture, despite a sea of gravy trying to hide that. I would rather have the option to wait for chicken that isn't past it's hold time by 3 hours than try to chew that chicken again.

I write this as I sit waiting for my online order that said it was done. I arrive and they haven't even started and take quite a while to even recognize I'm there. This is the 3rd time this has happened. When will I learn.

Ordered a three piece meal. Only 3 pieces of chicken No side order (wasn’t asked) no biscuit, no drink waited 20 minutes and paid $13.00 for chicken. Tried to correct but poor language barrier. Give me a break. I thought I would try this location again as 1 yr previously terrible experience. I guess no change. Pretty sad

Never gave me my $6 large mashed potatoes. I'm sick and that was the only thing I wanted. Would have gone back but they were closed by the time I got home and realized.
