This was my worst experience at Kneaders. It took around 30 minutes to get three sandwiches and two soups.
The Potato Bacon soup had potatoes that were not cooked and we did not eat it.
I love Kneaders but this one was awful.

I got the Mac and cheese sandwich, for $11 and got about 10 noodles on each piece of bread. Decently slow service, and left hungry.
It tasted fine and the staff was nice. Had others asking for their food, so expect to wait a bit for your food.
Edit: I have to change to 1 star instead of 2 because they never responded to the email, they requested I send them.

Bummer. This place has gone down in quality over the years. The crack chicken Sandwich is the worst sandwich I’ve had in a years. 50% globs of cream cheese
Went through the drive-thru and ordered three broccoli cheddar bread bowls, I get home 15 minutes later to find chicken noodle soup (all three bowls). It was so disappointing for my hungry children. We drove back to get replacements. I totally get mistakes happen, but at least throw in some bread or a dessert for the trouble/inconvenience geesh.

I have bought the new chocolate chocolate cookies twice at the Kneaders in Spanish Fork. These are great cookies. When I bite into these, I get several flavors that all go together well. I am not sure of all the ingredients but the chocolate cookie is delicious and I think there are nuts maybe and maybe chips of vanilla and chocolate. Altogether, these are very lovely to taste. Thanks Kneaders. I co also regular buy their sour dough bread which I love.
I spent 40 minutes in your location at Gilbert and baseline. We ordered 2 half sandwiches and soups and we still have not received our food. Your service at this location is atrocious and it can only be indicative of customer service across your operation. I cannot in good conscience recommend Kneaders nor continue to patronize a restaurant with such poor service as we experienced. 
I’ve been patronizing this Kneaders for years but over the last year it has really declined. The prices have increased, understandably, but the portions have seriously been cut in half and the quality has gone way down. The customer service and speed has gone way down too. I order my sandwiches with no Kneaders sauce, mayo instead, and the last several times I’ve been charged 50 cents for mayo. I was told there’s nothing they can do, it’s the ‘system’ charging it. I’ve always loved the fruit tarts, until the last month, they removed the mandarin orange, and changed the crust to an overcooked sugar cookie type of crust. I could go on about the quality and cost cutting measures. I hope they’re happy they saved a few cents, but lost a very regular customer. Based on the other reviews, I’m not the only unhappy customer. Don’t bother telling me to email you, it appears as if you are just carrying on status quo while losing customers.

Was stuck in the drive-through for over 30 min with only a few cars in the drive through and the lady and the window was so unkind. They need to hire more help and teach their employees to be kind and apologetic if service is taking a long time

I don't know what has happened to this location but it’s gone downhill. Terrible SLOW service, food quality has gotten slowly worse, the fruit cup today was embarrassing. We spent 35 minutes at the drive through for 2 breakfast sandwiches and smoothies. They have been struggling for 6 months with slow service. I’ve been patient but won’t be going back.

The slowest drive thru line of ALL TIME. I don’t understand what is going on inside. Got in line at 9:42 AM and FINALLY exited the drive thru at 10:20 AM. I almost started crying, straight up.

THE BAD REVIEWS ARE RIGHT THIS IS THE WORST. People kept telling me kneaders was good so I wanted to try it out. It was terrible from service, food and cleanliness. I went in today ordered 2 cold sandwiches and 2 soups. IT TOOK 43 MINUTES!!! The sandwiches don’t need to be cooked and the soups so what took so long you ask? THE CASHIER DISNR HAMD THEM THE BREAD ITS A BAKERY??? Is there not bread where they make the sandwiches?? At first the cashier is telling me sorry there was a big order in front of you, fine ok no worries but then groups literally GROUPS of people after me got their food. I’m like dude what is going on cashiers is like oh I forgot to give them the bread. So you’re telling me the bakery that makes sandwiches and the people who make the sandwiches in the back don’t have access to grab the bread??? They didn’t care that they got a ticket and LITERALLY 40 min have passed?? While I was waiting I got to observe a worker with glasses and curly brown hair use the same rag to wipe down EVERYTHING then for some reason she goes into the the glass where the pastries are and touch brownies and cookies WITH NO GLOVES ON LITERALLY TOUCH FOOD TO MOVE IT FOR WHAT REASON I DONT KNOW DIRTY RAG AND ALL. Then she continues to hold a dirty rag everything while eating bread. Finally after a long wait time you would since it took forever they would be the best sandwiches ever right? Wrong they put so much sauce to cover the fact they don’t put any meat on. No im not being dramatic it was literally a lice’s of shredded broken up turkey. $40 and 40 min wasted on crap sandwiches. I could’ve walked across the street to smiths bought everything for sandwiches make and eat them and still have time left to spare. So if it’s your first time like me maybe avoid this kneaders and try a different location if you want. If you go here just be prepared to wait and have contaminated food

Took forever. I put down a pickup order (because I have a busy day and it said it would be done at 11:54)
I had to wait in line to be able to say I was there for pickup. Then when it’s my turn they say they’re working on it (also it’s not busy inside) so I’m waiting for an extra 15 minutes on top of the 20 minutes they said it would be ready by. Then the entire drive through has cleared. And the people who ordered before me- not takeout have gotten their food! And when I’m finally home and just annoyed- it’s burnt 🙃 live super close to this location but will not be returning. Will take the trip to the other city’s to get normal costumer service. Drive through is a trap you can get stuck for the rest of the day. They can’t fix espresso machine for 3 months.

Ordered 7 dozen rolls about 24 hours ahead of time. Big order so understand that can come with some difficulties. Paid in advance and showed up at 20 minutes before the specified time and was told it would be a minute. Not a problem as I was early and also expecting the order to potentially take some extra time.
After a few minutes they came back and said they only had 2 dozen rolls and had no way of making more today. There was no prior communication which would have allowed us to make other plans. The employee let me know they had an issue with the proving of the rolls in the morning so they couldn’t provide the promised and paid for rolls. If they had called or emailed me with the information I provided with the order we could have made other plans. I was given a refund but still left scrambling to come up with another plan for a large gathering at the last minute.
The worst part of the whole thing was a young employee was given the task of explaining this whole situation. She was professional and apologetic while the person who appeared to be her boss watched from behind her. It wasn’t her fault and she handled the situation well but there were definite leadership and communication issues going on.
