The manager, Shy, was the most lovely worker! She was very helpful and kind and made sure that our food was prepared well. She is the cutest young thing and we had a wonderful experience.

Overall, really good. I've read through other reviews, and we did dine-in the evening before Thanksgiving. It wasn't too busy, we had our group of 15 or so (many children) and fit on one large grouped table. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Our food came in 20 minutes or so with a few other groups dining in. My main complaint was the chairs were metal and made a horrible sound on the tile, but everything else was good.

I came here last night with some friends hoping to have a nice evening, but the experience was really disappointing. When I asked the girl at the register what was in the turkey sandwich, she replied, “idk man.” That response immediately set a bad tone. Her attitude stayed the same the whole time, rude, impolite, and clearly not interested in providing good service.
As someone who currently works in customer service, it’s really discouraging to see this kind of behavior. Everyone has bad days, but taking it out on customers isn’t okay. If you’re going to work in customer service, being respectful and polite should be the bare minimum.

I see that you employ an Ivan Beckstrom. He has made very concerning comments online about the assassination of Charlie Kirk. He claims free speech but applauds the murder of those with opposing opinions. I think you should evaluate who represents your company.

And worse, ZERO RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE given MOST don’t recommend Kneaders and included pictures and valid complaints. Shows lack of caring or validation to their customers feedback 100%!

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Lehi was great! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff, setting the tone for an amazing dining experience. The young lady that served us was great; she chatted with my crew and made us feel important. 👍 It's the simple things.
I had the broccoli cheddar soup, and it was nothing short of perfection – rich, creamy, and flavorful. My whole family was equally impressed with their delicious choices.
The atmosphere in the Lehi location is inviting; the floors were clean and yes, I checked the restrooms as always and they were well maintained.
