La Fountain Mexican Restaurant Lehi

Wait staff seemed unhappy and was slow. The burrito came out luke warm and the chicken and shrimp fajitas made us sick. Tough first experience at La Fountain.

Watch out. The plate is really hot. I didn't like having chips and salsa already out way before guests come in. I know setting it up ahead saves time, but I really don't like dust and stuff settling on my food way before I eat em. I also don't know what bugs land on that food before I even get inside the restaurant. Food portion is great. Food taste was okay.

It’s edible at best. These guys don’t know what spices are. Salt! Nope! Pepper! Nope. I hope you heed my warning and stay away. I know everyone is just trying to make living but at least have some pride in the products you’re putting out.

Only got part of my order and it took forever to get the rest of it I almost finished my mail before I even got my tortillas

Honestly, if I can give them a zero I would! I had. A DoorDash pickup and the guy said oh not ready yet! Didn’t give me. Time frame but he kept talking to the other customers, and giving them their online orders but not mines! And the order I had wasn’t even that big! Very unprofessional and a joke! So glad I left and not wasting my money on these fools!

This place is not honest. Check your bill before leaving. They charged us $2 for 3 slices of lemon for my water. That is thievery. We have been going there for years, but …….. now. So disappointing with the restaurant. I called when we got home, and they say they now charged $2 to go with your drinks.

Such a great restaurant! The food was so good and amazing portion sizes. Not overpriced like a lot of the other Mexican restaurants in town. Service was quick and and great. Staff were very kind as well. I highly recommend this place.

We ordered two kids meals. One was intended to be a soft taco with French fries. After we paid we noticed we were charged for a half plate of fries at $7+ and a soft taco at $7+ as well. We asked and the server said because ‘we were confident in our order that he didn’t question it.’ Uhm, I asked specifically for a kids soft taco with fries. He didn’t clarify that on kids meals it was only hard shell tacos. Not a fan. Won’t be coming back??‍♀️

I should have left when my non refrigerated and stale chips and salsa were already on my table at 4 pm. The cooks non stop staring as I ate my cold rice and beans.. why didn't I just leave? I would have saved $17 including a 1.02 for onions on my smothered chimichanga. With a teaspoon of wacamole and sour cream. I know the owners of Los 3 Amigos Restaurants of the early 2000s. The Chile Verde is the only positive aspect of this place. They had about 7 employees. My server eating the stale chips an obvious health code violation while watching TV. That they had just out for an empty restaurant instead of serving them fresh. Who even is the owner and manager of this establishment?? I felt extremely uncomfortable from the cooks staring every second of my stay instead of them food preping and worrying about serving FRESH cooked rice and beans.. I felt robbed of my time and money. Seventeen dollars for a single person who plate was not hot.. an utter disgrace of Tex Mex Food. Just outright disgraceful. I should have read the red flags from the very start... I will never. You live and you learn..I suppose. It's okay to walk out of your hungry gut is telling you to do so. RUN!
