The service was so good and they were really friendly. The snow cones were good quality and delicious also really big!

The portions are giganormous. We love the kiddie size. It’s also our Corgi’s favorite summer treat. Don’t judge us — he loves shaved ice!! The girls that work there tonight did a great job.

Tasted fine. Brought a recipe from a place i had growing up. The girl refused to make it because it was 4 flavors. And the sign said up to 3. I even offered to pay more. I bought a to go cup to add the 4th myself. Kind of ridiculous. I would have left but I went out for the sole purpose of trying it.

The snow cones are large and delicious. The best ice. But it seems the owner doesn’t care if people have to wait. There used to be at least 2-3 employees, but one only one, at the verge of tears. We waited 40 minutes just to order, with only 1 family in front of us, only to be told they didn’t have the “to-go” size in stock, so we had to eat ours there. No spoons in stock either, so good luck if you order ice cream in your sno-cone… The tables are always a sticky mess - be prepared to shower when you get home. The long wait makes kids restless, and they end up kicking rocks and dust around.

It seemed to be better managed in years past, but is now poorly managed, IMO. Good thing for the owner it’s one of the better tasting snowcone shops, but I’ll still be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Really fun spot! I recommend sharing the serving sizes are pretty big. Great flavor selection, the seating is a bit limited depending on the time of day you go.

They need to wipe down the tables. They are covered in a sticky mess. Also the weeds around the stand could use some attention. Everyone is getting stickers in their shoes.

We have been coming here since this location opened and have rarely had an issue but tonight we went and I understand it was busy but we ordered at 6pm and didn’t get ours until 7:15. We ordered ours before 4 other groups and they all had gotten theirs and left before ours even got started and only one of 3 were correct. I was super disappointed tonight.

Website says they close at 10 Pm on friday nights, they were closed before 9:30. misleading.

So good! And generously sized. My kids beg to go here. You can add ice cream or cream! Kids size below.

We love the way they make them! The best shave ice in the area. The girls that work here make the experience excellent, and they're fast, too. I highly recommend them...if you're lucky Brooklyn will serve you... an amazing girl who understands the customer.

I live close to Lucky’s and it has a been a great place to visit over the summer. We have been going there for the past couple of years and their snow ones are amazing! The ice is the smoothest I’ve ever tasted, and the add a great amount of flavor. The staff is nice, and the people are nice as well. The only things I don’t like here, are that the snow cones are very sticky, the tables are usually messy, and I have noticed how they have doubled their price over the previous couple of years. It’s not much of a problem to me though because the portions are amazing, and it’s always fun to go there.

Finished a 100 mile bike ride and I was drained. Happened upon this shaved ice shop. The employees were so fast and efficent even though they were busy! And, the shaved ice was the best I have had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
