Consistent fast food, but zero stars for putting in the kiosks, which sometimes seems to work, other times you push with your finger over and over and over and nothing happens

I am very grossed out from this. Probably not safe either but I found a bone in my food today. I always thought this only happened in the movies but it actually happened to me today and I’m not sure how to handle it. Not sure if it was my chicken sandwich or hamburger but I’m completely disgusted. Make sure to chew your food good so you don’t choke on a bone.

I've been here 10-15 and never really had an issue. It's only during busy hours that it takes them a while to get food out, but olthats pretty normal for most fast food.Parking: Plenty of parking and most customers go to drive through anyway.

We’re so disappointed how the manager treated our boys by not giving them their paid burger. They had the receipt for the sodas they paid for! And he accused them wrongly.

absolutely horrible service. they are constantly getting my orders wrong, (i have a food allergy and they aren’t careful about cross contamination whatsoever, even with the special instructions) and then they are extremely rude when you say they messed up your order and even have had management come out. this is absolutely ridiculous and far from the first time it’s happened. worst mcdonald’s location in utah.
