I absolutely love Mo’Bettahs! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and packed with that island-style comfort you can’t get anywhere else. Every plate tastes like it was made with care—and you can’t go wrong with the teriyaki chicken and kalua pig. But what really sets this place apart is the team. Everyone is welcoming, kind, and clearly loves what they do. The service is fast, the atmosphere is laid-back, and it just feels good to eat here.

It’s rare I have a bad experience here. The meat was properly cooked but not burned. I’m not a fan of heavily charred chicken. I request no sauce so I have some control over how much goes on my food via their sauce cups.

Pretty local vibe (surfing mural, photos, longboards in the rafters overhead) in this clean, spacious MB in Lehi. Chicken Katsu, Teriyaki Chicken and Beef were ono, although I was not a fan of their katsu sauce: nowhere near the Bulldog/Tonkatsu sauce you get at lunch wagon places in the 808. But they did offer chopsticks (along with plastic cutlery), as well as little Aloha Shoyu packets as a condiment. Mac Salad was also close to Rainbow Drive Inn-quality, tasted like it was...
