Got two Panchos (steak, bacon, potatoes, sour cream, cheese). Thought they were going to be small but they were quite hardy. Could have just gotten one. Ate half at the store, saved the other half for later.
It cost a little bit more to pay with credit card. I paid with cash, but I’m pretty sure the lady charged me the credit card price. I asked her and she said it was the tax. But I’m pretty sure I saw the $9.
You can get sauce and peppers on the side. There are a little sandwich bags for the peppers.
I ate the second half for lunch later in the day. I enjoyed it more when it was cold. There was so much grease that came out. It seep through the wrapper. Good thing I put it in a sandwich bag
My wife served a mission in San Diego. She is picky about her Mexican food and wants it to be authentic. This is the only Mexican restuarant in Utah that she likes and she certainly loves it. She always gets a California burrito with no pico.
Today they messed up and put pico on it anyways. When I got home and discovered this I called them about it. They were kind and apologetic and replaced it free of charge. I was satisfied by the level of service and will continue to recommend this place.

Went here for the first time yesterday, can definitely say it was worth going out of my way to go here. I usually go to the Saratoga Betos since it’s closer to me, but I was so impressed by the quality of the food that I don’t think I’ll be going back to Betos any time soon haha. My wife loved the asada tacos, and the asada fries that I got were awesome. Will have to go back to try some other things on the menu. Highly recommended.

It’s a gem at a gas station. I walked around pilot truck stop looking for something to eat and I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything. I was walking around and found this place. I am so glad I did. Carne is delish. I was so excited I didn’t have to eat truck stop food. They should put a sign down by pilot to let drivers know, there’s way better options here.
