The better of papa Murphys in this area of utah county id rather order from here then the Saratoga Springs location since they are really horrible there. This place I would recommend.

Don't go here on Halloween... Maybe just don't go here ever. You could make find a recipe on the internet and make your own pizza in the time that you'll spend waiting in line to pick up a pizza you've already ordered. I don't know why it takes more than 5 minutes per customer in the drive-thru line to pick up a pizza they've already preordered online. After waiting in line for 45 minutes to pick up a pizza that I'd already ordered, I had to leave to make it to an appointment and I didn't even end up getting my pizza.

Came to this location on Halloween for a Jack o lantern pizza. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru line. Ridiculous! Wasted my time. If they expect to be busy every year then they need a better system. Do better Papa Murphys!!!!!

I went in to order 2 Jack o lantern pizzas and wanted one of them with cheese on only half the pizza and was told absolutely no modifications could be made. Really I just wanted one side with no cheese, I'm saving them money by trying to get half the cheese. I have one child who can't have the cheese and as my modification was not acceptable I left. No order, no pizza. I'll think twice before coming again.

As a person with multiple food allergies I was so excited when they came out with the GF crust and dairy free cheese. But neither of those do any good when requests for removal of other allergen unfriendly ingredients are ignored. Up until today that had not happened. When I called to express dismay and concern. That I was now (again, thank you food allergies) sitting at a family get together with nothing to eat, even though I had brought my own food. I was literally told "sorry, it happens". Well so does Anaphylaxis. So it might be a while before I feed my family pizza from here again. And definitely not from that location.

I used to say Highland is worse than Lehi, but they screwed up my order.

I paid extra for garlic and pineapple, it’s not there. They can’t read the order.

I refuse to order from Highland because they screwed up too many orders, now Lehi is going the same.

I pay extra money for nothing!!! I had to ask for the sauce I paid for to boot. Should be easy.
