Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Don't go here on Halloween... Maybe just don't go here ever. You could make find a recipe on the internet and make your own pizza in the time that you'll spend waiting in line to pick up a pizza you've already ordered. I don't know why it takes more than 5 minutes per customer in the drive-thru line to pick up a pizza they've already preordered online. After waiting in line for 45 minutes to pick up a pizza that I'd already ordered, I had to leave to make it to an appointment and I didn't even end up getting my pizza.

Came to this location on Halloween for a Jack o lantern pizza. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru line. Ridiculous! Wasted my time. If they expect to be busy every year then they need a better system. Do better Papa Murphys!!!!!

I went in to order 2 Jack o lantern pizzas and wanted one of them with cheese on only half the pizza and was told absolutely no modifications could be made. Really I just wanted one side with no cheese, I'm saving them money by trying to get half the cheese. I have one child who can't have the cheese and as my modification was not acceptable I left. No order, no pizza. I'll think twice before coming again.

As a person with multiple food allergies I was so excited when they came out with the GF crust and dairy free cheese. But neither of those do any good when requests for removal of other allergen unfriendly ingredients are ignored. Up until today that had not happened. When I called to express dismay and concern. That I was now (again, thank you food allergies) sitting at a family get together with nothing to eat, even though I had brought my own food. I was literally told "sorry, it happens". Well so does Anaphylaxis. So it might be a while before I feed my family pizza from here again. And definitely not from that location.

I used to say Highland is worse than Lehi, but they screwed up my order.

I paid extra for garlic and pineapple, it’s not there. They can’t read the order.

I refuse to order from Highland because they screwed up too many orders, now Lehi is going the same.

I pay extra money for nothing!!! I had to ask for the sauce I paid for to boot. Should be easy.

The people here are so nice. They are very fast making pizzas and they’re very accommodating to my various requests.

I ordered online and stopped by at the scheduled time to pick up the pizza. It took all of 20-30 seconds to go in, get the pizza, and be on my way. That's just the way I was expecting.

I ordered on the website, asked for a specific time (approximate) for drive up pick up and it was all done perfectly. The pizza was great and fed us and two big teenage boys. Now that's a great deal.

Two teenagers moving about as fast as the cheese melts (not fast). No adult supervising. A line of customers waiting for to go orders they placed over an hour before.

If Papa Murphy's hadn't already established its good reputation, there is no way this place would get return customers.

I have two stars cuz pizza is good and these teenagers probably havent been properly trained. (I blame the manager).

I have bitten my tongue with this location for months now. Trying to give them chance after chance! (Because I love the pizza) I have ordered from them through DoorDash 4-5x. Every single time more then half my order is missing. The first time I blamed it on the dasher, but when it kept happening EVERY single time I called the store the third time. The manger acted like it never happens. He offered my money (which I never got back) (he said he would call DoorDash) ? He did give the rest of the 80+$ order and my husband went and got it. So I gave another chance…..Now tonight they tried to do the same thing and only give my dasher two pizzas… not the cinnamon bread, the salad or the drink. (After he waited for over 45 min)
This is saying a lot I never leave reviews. I even worked for papa Murphys in Ogden for my first job for over a year…. Years and years ago. I thought they were pretty strict on owners….This location and franchise ownership needs help!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER come back to them again!

It's so disappointing. I called them today around 6pm to order. They said after 25-30mins it's ready for pick up. Once my husband gets there exact 30mins, he waited for another 20mins and it hasnt even started our order. What a waste of time waiting. My husband left already without any pizza on hand.
