Made our order via the app, said it would be ready for pickup in an hour. Arrived at 7:40pm to find 1 person working, little thing was running get heart out. It's now 8:57pm and we are just getting our pizza. Don't trust the app, best to go there and see what's actually going on before you order.

I called and ordered a pizza & before i gave all the required info, i specifically asked if they have thick crust because another location was out of that & only had thin crust. My roommate & i both do NOT like thin crust at all. so when they said yes they DO have the thick crust, i continued with the order & told them we want thick crust & the pizza that was delivered was thin crust & it was disgusting. I would’ve gone & grabbed something else if they told us they didn’t have the thick crust. we are both super hungry & couldn’t even eat more than a bite. Very dissatisfied with the pizza & spending $30+ just for it to go to waste. Waste of money):
I tipped the delivery driver a good tip, he did he job. it was just the lady on the phone & whoever made the pizza. I’d rather a call back saying they thought they had thick crust but they actually ran out vs just getting the thin crust.
Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut.

We ordered pizza that was scheduled to be delivered at 5:24 pm, time kept getting pushed back every 10 minutes. It was delivered at 6:22, cold and terrible.

Delivery driver was parked across the street for at least 10 minutes before bringing it to the door.

I know this isn’t the stores fault but they need to kick their DoorDash dead beats. I would like to leave a review for the driver. Ticket #0009 if the store can do it.

This place is a joke. We are always hesitant to order from here because they always get our orders wrong, both online and over the phone. We have driven away many times trusting our order would be right, just to get home to find out it’s not. So I just came to pick up my order and checked every box right on their counter. Two out of three pizzas wrong. It shouldn’t be that hard to get three pizzas right. No apologies or make ups, just annoyed employees that act surprised that I want them to make me the right pizzas while the one that was right gets cold. Won’t be ordering from this place again.

I ordered pizza and it was only the size of my hand which is 8 inches. I was expecting to see a much larger pizza with the sauce and topings up to the edge but it was not . when I ate it I could not eat the outer crust because it was so hard that a full inch was wasted of crust all the way around the pizza. It was like I had a 6in pizza and it cost $15. I make a way better pizza at home.

I understand it's hard to find good help, but how this location is in business is beyond me. I waited for 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me and my 1 pizza had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. I would've liked my money back and gone to Costa Vida next door.

My son had a bookit coupon so we thought we'd run pickup his Pizza and get pizza for the rest of the family too. I went inside and the people said they'd be right with me. It was taking so long, I placed my order online on my phone so we just had to order my son's bookit pizza real quick. About 10 minutes later, I told them I had to get my order going so I could go pick up my daughter from her activity. The girl said she didn't know how to put it in and her manager in the back said I'd have to wait because he was too busy in the back making pizzas to come help. I told her to cancel my online order because I wasn't going to be getting it if I couldn't get the bookit pizza, the only reason we came. She said my online one was already being made. I told her I really didn't care, and just left. I was so frustrated. The girl at the front was clearly new and had no idea what she was doing, and the manager in the back was obviously overworked and didn't have time to train her. I hadn't been to a pizza hut in several years and it turns out it's not worth going back.

Had a horrible experience. Walked in for my takeout, order was completely wrong. During my 20 minute wait for them to fix it, one lady came in, along with others. The lady simply stated that she was just here to place an order. The cashier said he couldn’t take her order because they were so busy. She was taken off guard, said cool and just left. I was shocked!! Anyways, I finally got my order… they forgot my breadsticks… so they took it off the total. There was no apology or anything for the wait. Ultimately I’m disappointed in the experience! Won’t be back!

We spent $50 dollars to get dinner. They had it delivered through door dash. They claimed it was delivered and sent a picture of a pizza in the middle of a walkway. No one came to the door and there was no pizza.

Very unfortunate experience, as it was my first time ordering from this location.

Placed the order at 5:37PM, received no contact or update on my order status, so I started calling around 6:37PM, called about 10 times and each time the call just suddenly dropped after 60 seconds of trying to reach someone.

Finally got in my car at 6:55PM to head to the location to pick up my own order, and received a text at 7PM saying that the order was out for delivery.. The food arrived at 7:10PM..

A very annoying experience, no response or communication from the store, took almost 2 hours and the food was lukewarm..

Won't be ordering from this location again.

Horrible service. They routed my order to DoorDash, didn't provide the dasher with the correct address so he got lost, didn't include my drink, and didn't even include any sauce with the breadsticks I paid for in a $40 order. And no one will take responsibility. My order was also 25 minutes late.
