Havarti and muenster cheeses, with a double layer of slow roasted kalua pork, grilled onions, fresh cut pineapple, all between two pieces of toasted cheese bread, 1 porky's sauce cup (sweet or sweet and spicy)
Kalua Rice Plate
Slow roasted kalua pork (1/2 lb), with two scoops of jasmine coconut rice 4 oz. scoops with fresh cut pineapple, grilled onions, 2 porky's sauce cups sweet or sweet and spicy.
Shrimp Rice Plate
1/4 lb of tail on shrimp, seasoned with garlic, ginger and black pepper, two scoops of jasmine coconut rice (4 oz scoops) with fresh cut pineapple, lime wedge, 2 porky's sauce cups sweet or sweet and spicy.
Teriyaki Chicken and rice plate
Grilled boneless and skinless chicken thigh, comes with 2 scoops of jasmine coconut rice, grilled onions, freshly diced pineapple and 2 cups of our teriyaki sauce.
Kalua Pork Sliders
2 Hawaiian sweet rolls with kalua pork, cheese, onions and pineapple, and 1 cup of porkys sauce. 1 scoop of mac salad is included.

A fresh take on Hawaiian style food. The food was made fresh to order and in about 10 minutes, had a lot of meat and tasted great. One serving size was satisfying as well which is a lost art in today’s economy. It was nice seeing a different idea executed well! Don’t listen to the wanna be Michelin star reviewers, sadly I don’t think they have a clue what actual Hawaiian food taste like.

Amazing! So incredibly delicious. Amazing staff super friendly and attentive. Best service I’ve had in all of Utah. I had the number 4 and the flavor of the rice was outstanding. The hint of coconut and the smokiness of the pork was heaven. The fresh pineapple chefs kiss. Honestly this is the best Hawaiian food I’ve ever had 10/10

I tend to favor restaurants that do their one thing really well over those that do a bit of everything. Porky's Kaua'i absolutely fits that bill. Just about everything on the trim menu is built on the same 4 ingredients: slow-roasted pork, grilled onions, pineapple, and their signature sauce (available sweet and spicy).I got the grilled cheese - delicious, well proportioned and with a nice cheese blend. Additionally, the kids grilled cheese has the same blend - no Kraft...
