The food has quality, but the overall experience leaves much to be desired. The menu is posted on the wall, forcing customers to raise their voices instead of having the comfort of reading it at the table. There are no napkins on the tables, not even basic utensils like spoons, forks, or knives; customers are expected to get up and collect them themselves, which is unacceptable in a restaurant. This is not a street food stall here people pay for a complete and dignified service, and the least that should be offered is respect for the customer. Unfortunately, what could have been a pleasant dining experience is overshadowed by careless service, a lack of warmth, and poor hospitality

Really good service, good food, the pollo a la brasa it’s AMAZING ! 100% recommend ✨
Two plates, a sprinkle of extra chicken, and $50 gone. I’ve seen safer heists on Netflix

Hey Chat GPT how do you say, “they’re out of everything” in Spanish? Sparkling water tastes like Mexico water. No sauce to dip chicken in so given honey mustard salad dressing. No plantains. Authentic Mexican experience. Show up with high hopes, but then slightly diminished experience. Chicken is 5 ⭐️

Every time I come to Red Fuego something is unavailable. Today they’re out of plantains and ice for fountain drinks. Last time it was a 40 minute wait for food, despite few customers in front of us. The time before they opened 20 minutes late. And it’s not just this location, but their Orem location has the same delays and unavailable items. As does their Provo location.
The food is great for a chain, but their poor supply management and inconsistent quality of service makes for a roulette every time I try to go. Personally, it’s a level of frustration that I will simply never go back.
Red Fuego has done an excellent job of ensuring the worst experience possible for a recurring customer.

Nice place for a fresh meal! I did not find the service to be slow, so perhaps that has been improved. We were offered lots of extra sauces with our food, which was great! Everything tasted very fresh and there was not a single piece of wilty greens in any of our bowls (which is rare!)

Red Fuego was incredible! We were lucky to meet the owner, Geremy, such a pleasure. The food? Next-level. Highly recommend to anyone stopping by. Lomo Saltado? Bomb. Chicken? Bomb. Plantains? Bomb. Bomb, bomb, bomb. Thanks again Geremy!

The food was good. I like the way they cook the beef (lomo).
I was disappointed to not have all food options available (no pollo a la brasa and no ají de gallina). The worst part was not having the Peruvian signature ají verde hot sauce.

Cool vibe, especially upstairs. Guarana as a fountain drink is great! I loved my Fuego bowl (other than the flavor on the beans). I added both dressings provided to it.
Husband loved his chicken and sides. Rice, fries, and nearly all sides seem plain, lacking flavor. Yucca was good though: crispy and sweet alternative to regular fries!
