Bad customer service, I ate at the place and they gave me the takeout order after 10 minutes before I explained to them that I would eat there, I asked for the change and they told me that it was already served —- the eating experience became a nightmare, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE — they treat you like a bigger number, and you want to eat with people who really care about you.

Pretty expensive and slow service. The lomo saltado was okay, if a bit bland. They were out of several of the drink options on the menu, and the entrees were about $20 each. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food, with no communication.

Terrible service! Today I went to eat with my family, it was my first time eating in this place, I was served by a young man whose attention was terrible from the beginning! His attitude when talking to the client left a lot to be desired. He was very rude to me, I spoke to him with respect but I received the opposite, I didn't manage to eat anything and I left here very indignant. Not to come back again!! How sad that because of this type of treatment one as a customer does not want to return to these places again… terrible service

I ordered a lomo saltado and asked the cashier for an additional sauce who told me his name was Cristian He rudely denied me the sauce and took a terrible attitude to serve me so I decided to have my refund and never eat here again. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I came to order some green noodles and they didn't have them. I also asked for an Inca cola and they didn't have passion fruit juice or chicha either. I recommend that you don't come to this restaurant, very bad service.

I am absolutely in love with this place. Peruvian food is my favorite and this place checks all the boxes. Very authentic and so delicious with excellent service. Ten out of ten, would definitely recommend this place to anyone! ❤️❤️❤️
