The app and DoorDash had some issues with an order I placed, and Nicole at the Lehi store was so incredibly helpful, empathetic, and kind in resolving it all!!! So very appreciated. Customer service a 10/10 and the cookies are always delicious!!
Crumbl always has the best employees that are so nice and attentive. The store I go to is always clean and the music is very fun. Every-time I walk in Crumbl I just get the most positive vibes from everyone.
