After being bombarded by ads on Insta (what does that tell you about the accounts I follow ?), we decided to try Salty’s on a Saturday afternoon. So glad we did.
Firstly, parking on State Street was easy. Secondly, they are, in fact, on the other side of the entrance to Scorez, since they are a little food truck/trailer. So if you’re going expecting counter service and tables, nope. There are a couple of picnic tables and we are there as the weather was awesome.
The woman that took our order was also the chef and since we were the only ones there, we felt like our order was truly unique to us. I got the Sriracha Burger and A+ all the way around. Saltys has perfected the crispy edges of a smashed burger. The Sriracha aioli was banging and packed a punch with every bite. The crispy onions, bacon, and lettuce added texture and coolness. It was a terrific burger. Ordered the Tots with the garlic rosemary sauce and that sauce was great. And they know how to serve a crispy Tot. A really delicious meal all the way around, my dudes.

I got the OG Burger but added Garlic-Rosemary sauce and bacon. The burger looked unimpressive at first but every bite was an explosion of flavor in my mouth that was amazing. The fries were mediocre frozen ones, not worth getting (especially at this price). I wish they would either cut their own fries fresh or have skin-on frozen ones like Wendy's. Hot outside, 2 tables, no shade. Burger: 10/10 0 Price: 6/10 Location/atmosphere: 3/10

My husband and I decided to give Salty's a try, I had read some really good reviews. My husband ordered the garlic rosemary burger and tots with the fry sauce. He loved both, the fry sauce was amazing! I ordered the tacos, like a dummy, when the gal taking my order asked me if I wanted four or two tacos, I said two. I paid $11.00 for two tacos, so not worth the money. I did love the jalapeno, cilantro sauce though. We would go again but I would definitely not order just two tacos!

The best insane delicious, All Good words about it, the seasoning is OUTSTANDING, I’m not a fan Of smashed burguer, but those are INSANE. I got the BBQ Burguer 3x, but the burguer tacos are REALLY good too
We ordered for delivery, so I can't comment on atmosphere. We ordered burgers, chicken tenders, fries, and tots. First - best fry sauce in Utah. And that's saying a lot for a state that invented it. The burgers are smash-style patties. Nice crispy char. Super good flavor. The fries and tots were good - but pretty typical. We definitely plan to hit up Saltys again in the future!

This burger truck was a bit challenging to find outside a bar. But it's totally worth it. The tattor tots were good. The OG sauce was good. I enjoyed the Sriracha Burger and absolution plan to go back despite it being a bit on the expensive side.

Had a late night craving and saw they were open. Now I’m not one to leave reviews but this was the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. If you like spice and you like burgers, get the Sriracha burger.
