In my work travels, I have eaten at restaurants all over this great country. The Crispy Chisket was, hands down, the best sandwich I've ever had!! As if smoked brisket wasn't delicious enough. This sandwich takes it to another level entirely. The extra crispy Texas toast, real slices of cheddar cheese topped with smoked, juicy brisket are perfectly matched with a sauce that is to die for. The only downside to the "Chisket" is that it will destroy your opinion of any other sandwich....read full review
East Texas style barbecue right here in Utah! Love the chisket (smoked brisket in a delicious grilled cheese sandwich), ribs, brisket, pork, bacon. It's all yummy. The Crispy Chisket does not disappoint! You should definitely check it out.
Near perfect sandwich, I couldn’t think of a way to make it better. Brisket was far and away the best Utah offers, the toast was authentic Texas toast, and I’m not sure what that sauce is but it was a great addition. And I don’t put many sauces on good brisket. The owner and his wife were a joy to meet. I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I would recommend this place to anyone I like!
