Strap tank is an absolutely delicious restaurant with a great atmosphere. The employees ensure a great experience and the food is the best around. One huge downside is the price, which is super expensive even for a restaurant. The service itself is fast and reliable, and if the customer is unsatisfied, the manager will help them come to a compromise. It does get really busy sometimes especially on weekends so the wait to be seated can be a while, but there is also the option to...
I was here about a year ago on a trip and then again last night. Both times food has been very good. The biggest challenge was that servers were so busy that it was hard to get what we needed when we needed it. Fairly expensive too.
We have been to the Springville location on several occasions. This was my first visit to the Lehi location. Ordered $7 onion rings as a starter and they were the worst I ever had. Left in the fryer way too long. The service was even worse. Glad they had a food runner or maybe we would not have even gotten our food. This was a Sunday afternoon and they were not busy. My wife got up several times to ask other employees for items including silver which was not on the table....
