This is a must read for Veterans and Seniors *** I have been going to this business for over a year and was a regular and recently only go in about once or twice a month. Wrote a review about a manager that we had a problem, he came to the table and was aggressive from the start; not how can I help or what is the issue at hand, since we were regulars and when our food wasn't right or service was poor never complained, and at times since we were regulars and it seemed at times, we were taken for granted. Even when the server forgot to put in our order a few times and shared with the Regional Manager what happened to our food, he shared server forgot to put in the order, not a sorry or a discount for what happened. Yet we believed in the Manager Jessa and most of the staff and kept going. Now the staff has come up with stories of their own and was told not to come back due to the reviews I posted and staff sharing misinformation amongst themselves. So, both me and my husband are Disabled Senior Veterans, so if you complain and want what you ordered and write or share your experiences the Owner and Regional Manager want to silence you and take away your first amendment rights by sharing. Me and my husband was never belligerent nor used offensive language or was argumentative towards anyone. So, in closing will be posting our experience on many websites and looking to further our claim with the Federal Courts for violating the First Amendment for taking our rights away and banishing us from the establishment. The owners and most of management believe in gossip and anyone they want to believe in and not look that there are two sides to every story, and they are always right no matter what. No business is 100% all the time or employees, yet this and the staff believe they are. I can also prove with other experiences from others they have a history of believing what they want to and not the facts or even think there is two sides or more sides to anything that happens. This business is prejudice against those they who speak up and share what isn't perfect or what they can't control or who they can't control. Support a business like this and you support prejudice, harassment, discrimination, and violating the rights me, my husband and others fought for, so we all can be heard without prejudice and respect.
