They need to increase revenue spend on how to manage a rush, if it’s busy here expect to wait in line for far too long. It’s shocking how slow they are. They need to call chic fil a for line management tips. Food is overpriced relative to the portion they give you. Go here when it’s not that busy and you aren’t that hungry.

So I wanted to try something new at Zao and decided to go with the Honey Sriracha as you can see in the picture provided. It has a hint of sweetness but not all-out sugary like teriyaki. It was also enjoyably spicy. I didn’t use any of the sauce except when I was left with just some rice at the end. I’d get it again for sure.

I wasn’t actually a customer but ended up in the parking lot with a completely shredded flat tire (commuter lane got me IYKYK) one of the restaurant employees Beto stood up from what became apparent was his break and helped me change my tire. What he didn’t know is that I am suffering from a back injury and he absolutely saved me from making it worse. I wasn’t able to patronize the restaurant today but, I will go back.

Zao Asian Cafe never disappoints, and I had an especially great experience thanks to V! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear V cares about the customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything’s just right!!
