Took over 25 minutes in drive-thru from the time I ordered to when we got the food. By that time the fries were cold and drinks were watered down because they had been on the counter for the full time. They were apologetic for the time it took, but it wasn't the first time they have been slow. Thus store also doesn't honor most coupons you get as mailers. We've been stuck paying full price because they tell you they'll add it at the window and rhen once your there, then they say they don't honor it.
Couple weeks ago ... Regular cheese steak was a whimp of a sandwich. Wish they loaded it like the picture... False advertising. Definitely not worth the price.

This place was so sweet!We walked in and immediately the costumer service was amazing! We had coupons but they informed us about the new happy hour, the people were so nice and had the best costumer service, getting us our food very quickly.

First time I’ve had something from Arby’s that I didn’t like. The new Philly cheesesteak is awful. The meat tastes fake, the sauce is overpowering, and there isn’t any cheese?? Not sure what’s going on but this was a massive disappointment. Also the bread was very, very soggy.
