I went in for my lunch today.
The customer service was superb.

The food was great but the lobby area was freezing when we said something about it being cold we were told it was a corporate that controlled the tempature.

Arby's is a fast-food restaurant that provides excellent customer service and is always courteous. The owner is often present and goes above and beyond to ensure customers have a pleasant experience. This location always seems to have everything in stock. However, the restaurant can be very slow and has faced some issues with accuracy and customer satisfaction. Despite this, the restaurant offers some great deals and promotions, such as the 2 for $6 meal. The food was as expected.
