We pre ordered in the app so our pizza was ready for us to pickup. We showed up on the time that app said which was 6:35. I walked in and no one said nothing to me. The General manager Malissa just looked up at me and said nothing. I ordered a pepperoni most bestest and I got a regular hot and ready. I even told the cashier and she claimed it was a pepperoni most bestest.... not on my watch. You guys need to do better.
how do you as a pizza place say “we don’t do custom orders past 9:00.” you close at 10? so does that mean you just give out pizzas that have been sitting out for an hour or longer. disgusting. obviously lazy staff with a bad attitude as well. we asked for a fresh pepperoni since it was such struggle to make a fresh half cheese half pepperoni even tho we got here at 9:15. you close in 45 mins. if you can make a fresh pepperoni you can spare it and make a fresh half and half....read full review
