I recommend Two Jack's Pizza to everyone I talk to. I eat there far more often than I should. I have never had to wait long for an order. I used to joke when COVID began that if push came to shove I would singlehandedly keep Two Jack's in business. There is truth in all jest. Two Jack's is a wonderful establishment. “We’ve been Marcos pizza lovers for years. We just moved to this area and went to this location for the first time a few months ago. Don’t order delivery, they use Uber services to deliver and there’s no option for “direct to me”. Our driver picked up two other orders after picking up mine and dropped them off on the way. I messaged the driver a few times and they kept saying, “oh it’s ok! Your pizza is in a warmer box. It’ll be fresh when I get there!”
It took the driver 55 minutes to deliver the cold pizzas to me with a soggy crust. (Not Marcos fault, Ubers fault) From Marco’s pizza to my house is only 10 minutes. I should have just picked it up. I learned my lesson. I reached out to the manager to please have them update this service. (I work full time, I really didn’t want to leave the house again.) I would have paid the extra $2.99 for a “direct to me” delivery. Unfortunately it’s not an option for them to add that service yet.

Anyway, the owner was so kind and felt terrible about the delivery experience that he credited my account to come back and have a do-over! (We opted to pick up the pizzas this time.) The girl who took my call was so kind. And they made our pizzas fresh. (As they do for everyone). Everything was so good. We’ll be back again! We love the quality of Marcos Pizza! And the kindness of a good manager.
Hopefully in the near future, they can fix/update their delivery options. But for now, a pick up order is perfect.“

The manager, Katie, really stands out—she works hard and genuinely cares about both her team and the people who walk through the door. I've been to other Blaze locations in the area, but none of them match the level of service and atmosphere at the Orem Blaze Pizza. This is by far my favorite spot!“

It was my first time at this location, so it would have been nice to be greeted and directed to the right place, but the staff was just kind of talking in the back the whole time I was in there. “They make a pretty good gluten free pizza option but I'd be hesitant if you have a super bad reaction to gluten. Only complaint is that they switch gloves and wash hands only to dip their scoop into the same pizza sauce already contaminated by all the other pizzas. Pizza is definitely on the high end for having to bake yourself and they only have 1 size option for gluten free.“

This place has improved by 500% since the last time I stopped in for a meal...which was in 1996, the year I graduated. It’s great to see all of the franchise offerings along with BYU food services options. I’m not a fast food patron on the outside so I skipped it here also and went straight for a salad but if I was still a student at BYU, I would be stoked to have some comfort food available w/o leaving campus. Crookies, and a pepperoni with garlic bites on the side is my go to, and you just increase the pizza number for amount of people to entertain. They also sell 2 liter soda cold which is great.

Again, delivery will set ya back so if you can, pick up through the window, you can also pay at that window which is convenient.“
