Wendy's offers a convenient self-service kiosk, but some customers have experienced neglect when ordering outside of it. The staff, including the chef, provide excellent service, and the food is consistently fresh and good. The restaurant excels in friendly and helpful service, particularly during breakfast hours. Customers have praised the great food, the awesome app, and the excellent customer service, especially from the friendly night shift staff. The food is always hot and tasty, and the restaurant's attention to customers with dietary restrictions is commendable. This Wendy's location is considered the best, with amazing fries and food that surpasses other Wendy's restaurants.
