“The family favorite was definitely Lomo saltado. Passion fruit juice is also delicious. Tallarines Verdes and papas a la huancaina were very good and worth reordering, but not favorites. The atmosphere is super basic, but super authentic. You legitimately feel like you might be in Peru, so I wouldn't have it any other way.“

“My wife and I finally stopped by Tamale Market in Provo, after hearing great things about their tamales. We were met at the door by a wonderful guy who introduced us to their amazing homemade tamales. We ended up ordering a half dozen after trying their Red Chile Beef, which was absolutely delicious. Very sweet corn tamales but they are fantastic. I’d love to see if the people giving out one star reviews have traveled outside Utah… If someone finds a better tamale in Utah let me know!“

“Our experience at this restaurant goes far beyond any restaurant experience I’ve had in my life. Each of the workers were excited to talk to us and get to know us, and we were excited to get to know them. My cousin will be living in Ecuador soon and they were so kind and excited for her, telling us all about Ecuador. Maria sat down with us to take our order and connect with us. We didn’t get the names of the nice man who was playing music, or the cook, but we were able to talk and laugh with them a lot as well. I haven’t even mentioned the food yet, which shows how amazing the people and atmosphere were, because the food was THE BEST I’VE HAD. We got the frittatas, and it was the best pork I’ve had in my life. The awesome man running the music was encouraging people to get up and dance and sing together. It really was the most exciting and joyful experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Thank you so so SO much!“
