The Pizza Factory is a kid-friendly spot, perfect for birthdays. The Twisted Bread Sticks are huge and delicious, and the breadsticks are fantastic with warm, soft bread and great flavors. The staff are very nice and patient, always going above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. The food is always yummy and fresh, with excellent service that caters to individual needs. However, the interior of the building has been described as feeling like an empty liminal space, and some have noted an unpleasant smell. Despite these issues, the pizzas are made with top-notch ingredients and include unique combination options like the BBQ pizza and the Maui pizza (without almonds). The chocolate cake remains a tasty highlight, making for a satisfying visit.
