Of the different café options on campus, this is one of my favorites. They are professional and the seating area is nice. Plus their food options are all yummy! It's a great place for breakfast foods.
I wasn't feeling all that well, but needed to eat. I ordered just a side of chicken breast. The wait felt long, but it was cooked fresh and served very hot, so well worth the wait. It was seasoned simply, but was very good.
Parking: Parking is difficult, as this is on campus. You must either have a vehicle tag or park in the paid lot or garage across and down the street.

I went for the 9” breakfast burrito. They make it to order. Bistro feels open air on the USU campus with lots of windows and nice views. Fountain drink and refills cost $1.59. Great tasting food in a chill environment. They serve breakfast and lunch open till 2 PM. Are you
