Honestly this place has gone down hill in the last 2 years. The food is always bad, and I feel like I’m eating squirrel meat. And the service somehow is worse. The last 5 times I’ve gone here in the past year, something is always messed up, whether that is the order, quantity, or the wait times for a mostly empty place. My daughter came in trying to sell candy asked the workers there and they threatened to call the cops on her. Wow! A no thank you would have sufficed. Probably need to train a little more on being courteous

Although I enjoy going to Buffalo Wild Wings and enjoy the selection of food and beer. There is about a 60% chance they will provide bad service and get your order wrong on top of being understaffed.This is more of a management problem than anything. I'll keep coming back because they have my favorite wing flavor. Locations vary in service.Vegetarian options: Cauliflower wings

the customer service was awful. we stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter to get us out to go order. multiple workers walked past us and didn’t say a work to us. our food was cold and didn’t taste good. i’ve always loved there food and service but this was horrible.

We got food to go and it cost us $30. I wish I would have taken a picture. The naked tenders were maybe 2.5 x 1 inch. The fries didn’t even fill up the to go box. And my daughter’s 10 wings were dried out.We ended up going to inn n out and paid $12 for a better meal.

Went into Buffalo Wild Wings today, we usually have a decent experience but today was just terrible. While the service was quick the waiter only stopped by to take our order and bring us our food. We ordered wings, chips and queso and onion rings and everything was cold and practically sauceless except for the onion rings. Very unimpressed and disappointed with our visit today.

Good to table is fast. Staff is friendly. Add points is easy. Double check on 21+ ID so don’t be grumpy, they’re preventing problems, be thankful for all their efforts.
Went to lunch last week with some friends. It was a nice time, good service, good food, and it wasn't too busy.We started running into issues when it was time to pay. We tried paying from our phones, and that didn't work. So our server went to handle the payment. The gift card I had didn't work either. And now that I look at my credit card statement, I see that I was billed for both meals instead of just mine.
