Went to lunch last week with some friends. It was a nice time, good service, good food, and it wasn't too busy.We started running into issues when it was time to pay. We tried paying from our phones, and that didn't work. So our server went to handle the payment. The gift card I had didn't work either. And now that I look at my credit card statement, I see that I was billed for both meals instead of just mine.
I got the Boneless Buffalo Wings, and they were exceptional. Way better than I expected. While I was there I literally always had a full glass because of the great service. I enjoyed myself

There is about a 60% chance they will provide bad service and get your order wrong on top of being understaffed.This is more of a management problem than anything.
