The restaurant opens at 10:30am, but all the doors were locked. A couple of people in the parking lot left. We went up to the door and finally someone opened the door at 10:50. They forgot to open the doors. The rice was not completely cooked and soft, it was chewy. Not overly friendly and I wasn't given my receipt. Quick and very friendly service! Servers and manager provided timely and excellent explanations. Menu recommendations were spot on. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back for more—soon! Loved their new. TYSM.
The food was mediocre. Good, filling portions, but definitely nothing special. The counter help was disorganized and not terribly attentive. What really soured us on the experience was the filthy food service area and watching the lady on the line mix old, dried out meat from one container into the new container of freshly prepared meat. Based on the temperature of the food when we sat down to eat, any health inspector with a metal stem thermometer could shut them down in a heartbeat....
