Hailey was awesome! Made the ice cream great and had a great attitude! Her co workers however, were not so awesome. A huge rush of people came in right after we got there, and Hailey was the only person helping customers. Everyone else was doing side work, not helping the 15+ customers in the store.

Disappointed that they aren’t making the dipped waffle bowls during opening hours. First time they offered to make me one, today I was told not until after 3 p.m. and when they’re gone, they’re gone. It sounds crazy, but it is the main reason I get an ice cream there. The girl working there today was obviously angry and frustrated that I asked today. And when I didn’t hear what she had said and asked clarification on what time they make them, she thumped her hands...
