Man, I try and see the bright side with reviews, but the workers here have 0% hustle. We stood there for 20 min waiting on pre-made cookies to be put in a box with no other customers' orders being filled. Once we got the order, it was wrong, and the worker held on to the correct item (a chocolate milk) and helped the next customer for 10 more minutes. The cookies were 10,000 kilos of sugar, disguised as raw cookie dough, for the price of a ribeye steak. Lastly, the refreshing...
Amazing and so good, the reason for the 4 star on service is because there has been some attitude from some of the workers where they seem annoyed to make our cookies but other than that I love crumbl and they taste amazing

I’ve had way too many poor quality experiences on $5.50s lately to not comment though:
I’ve never asked for a “better”/“nicer” cookie/dessert until today, but the cheesecake here was the “best” she could pick after I returned one with the crust layer not even covered and the cheesecake layer not even touching the edges.
