Kid-friendliness: I am 14 and used to go every weekend there on my bike and they always made sure that I was safe and sometimes they would pay for me to get a drink on the way out so thanks to everyone there ??

My sister and I have been here twice now and the staff is nice and welcoming. Very little wait time (probably helps going on a weekday afternoon), and the employees seem like they actually like working there. We stopped going to Crumbl a long time ago after deciding their prices no longer justified outrageously sweet cookies with declining quality. Don't go anytime two hours up until close. They only have a limited amount of cookies for the day (fair) but somehow run completely out of ice cream? I understand keeping the cookies new and fresh but ice cream is frozen at all times, how is a place that sells ice cream going to run out of ice cream.

Other than that the value is great!
