Jacob is the most genuine soul and our Dutch Bros stand in Logan Utah is beyond lucky to have him. I struggle with my mental health and today was just a day iykyk. I ask if I could get a hug and without hesitation he accepted and truly made my day. It's people like him that put a smile on your heart...and he comped my order which he didn't have to do. Thank you 💜
The workers at the Logan Utah location are so sweet and friendly!! I went there today and although it was cold and snowy, they all were so happy and excited. I didn’t know what I wanted to drink and the lady was so helpful and patient and even concerned about whether I would like what she suggested.. she mentioned a few times if I didn’t like it to come back through and they’d make something else. I ended up there twice today both times they were organized very friendly and as quick as they could possibly be in opening day I was impressed will definitely be back ,❤️
