I made an online order and I got to the store picked it up and made it back home. There was an item missing from my order I decided to call the store to ask if I could come back and get the item. Long story short they hung up on me in the first 5 seconds of the call. Very unprofessional I have contacted the general manager with the time I called so she can go back to the cameras and see who it was.
Expensive for what you get
Personal Opinion! well I guess the longer I take to come back and eat here the more I don't like, so I tried my kids chicken nuggets and I thought I was biting cardboard! I had a spicy chicken and again like not real food! 🤷🏻♂

McDonald's provides a decent dining experience with friendly and helpful staff, good customer service, and a clean environment. The food is average, with mildly delicious burgers and properly salted fries. It has a scenic location with the classic yellow arches and a gorgeous, well-taken-care-of patio. The staff is awesome, fast, efficient, and courteous, with some extremely kind and caring older workers. While the coffee machine can be inconsistent, the prices on the app make it a great value. Despite some minor issues, McDonald's remains a recommended spot for its affordability and convenience.
