I miss the previous manager, she had dark hair and was fantastic. The last few times I've been in it seems like it's chaos. Today before 7am, they were filling huge orders and I waited at the register for about 5 mins before a cashier came to help our line of 6-7 people. Their ovens were broken yesterday, so maybe it was catch-up today but the manager didn't say anything to any of us. Just looked stressed and running around. Frankly, every time I see him he...

I absolutely love Einstein Bros Bagels! I always order on the app and my order is always perfect. I know every time that I go I will be greeted with a smile and a fantastic bagel. The staff and manager are always friendly and happy to help. Thank you Einstein for making my breakfast the best part of my day.
