Me and my family have gone to Fredrico’s for years, it’s a fun older dining experience that is pleasant. They have really good quality food and it’s sort of cozy style dining.

I've been coming here since the 90's, love it, but it seems to have digressed in food quality. Actually, the pizza was on par. It was the salad that was lacking. The whole bowl was just lettuce, nothing else. They added two sliced beets and that was it. I was shocked. Their salads use to be full of extra fixings. Now it's lettuce. The place hasn't changed much, it is still dark inside and the jukebox was rocking.

We went to Fredrico's on our first date 55 years ago. Love the salad with ham, cheese and beets and the ham and pineapple pizza.
We placed a pickup order online for our law office—7 meals totaling around $200. I arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, but unfortunately, nothing was ready.
After waiting nearly 30 minutes, someone finally came out and explained that one of the meals had been accidentally dropped, so we had to wait even longer. In the end, it took about 50 minutes to get our food.
We understand that accidents happen, but there was no clear communication, no update during the wait, and no real apology or offer to make things right. When you're ordering for a group during a busy workday, this kind of delay is really frustrating.
The food itself was okay, but the service experience made it hard to enjoy. Hopefully they improve on communication and order handling in the future.
