This amazing restaurant is a gem tucked away in the mouth of Logan Canyon. The food was absolutely delicious with serving sizes well over any amount you can finish in one sitting. Best leftovers ever! We will be back anytime we go to Logan. Gotta get there early to get on the wait list! It was packed Sunday morning!Parking: Patience requires! :)
I have LOVED Herm’s for years! Today I tried something new. I got the Carnitas Skillet and it was SO flavorful and delicious! I will definitely get it again! Some other menu items I have also LOVED over the years consist of Huevos Ranchero, Chicken & Biscuit, pancakes, ham, and bacon. FANTASTIC bacon!

The first thing I noticed was a gorgeous old Indian Motorcycle on the wall. The place was nice looking with a prompt and friendly staff. The coffee was mediocre. I ordered a skillet. The meal unfortunately was overcooked. And wasn't an actual skillet. It seems they may have cooked it in a skillet, then covered it to melt the cheese, then let it sit.
