Ordered delivery and didn’t get them for 50 minutes. I understand that places can get busy but we ordered the new toasted sandwiches and they were cold and soggy by the time we got them.. usually good if you go to the restaurant but the delivery has been very subpar lately.

I love coming to this Jimmy John’s- the staff is always so friendly. Unfortunately I’m a little bummed because the last two times I’ve been missing items from my order. I always get my sandwich which I’m stoked about.. but still annoyed I don’t get all the items that I paid for. My fault for not checking the bag before I get home.

Huge shout out to @Jimmy Johns South Logan!We ordered food at a volleyball tournament today. They had missed 3 bags of our chips from our large order.I had called our delivery driver, Kaylen right after she left and she brought them back to us along with 2 free cookies for the inconvenience.About 15 min after she returned with the chips and cookies, one of our teammates had a medical diabetic emergency and was 46 and dropping fast.
