6min 15seconds is WAY too long to wait for a sandwich at Jimmy John's. I chose to go here because it typically takes less than 3 minutes. I was the ONLY customer in the shop and they made all the take-out orders before they made mine. Walk-I'm customers should immediately be a priority if your competitive advantage claims to be "Freaky Fast"!
