Not enough workers to service the clients. The first time I went there, there were two workers. One was stacking doughnuts in the back and the other was taking orders from the drive through and trying to handle the walk-ins. I had to wait about ten minutes before I was even asked what I would like. From the street the location looks as if it's closed. The sign that notifies everyone that there are fresh doughnuts being made is never on or doesn't work. Just moved...
It's hard to get a good "flavor and texture" of anything when it's just pure sugar. Good for that craving, super sweet tooth moment.
Kid-friendliness: An open, non-busy environment. Plenty of chairs.

Miss the hot and fresh donuts. They were the most delicious things and melted so wonderfully in my mouth. Sadly this location has struggled keeping staff so hours are short and selection of donut flavors are very limited.
