Tonight, I walked in ready to order and stood at the counter. An employee, Aspen, made direct eye contact with me but never acknowledged me — no greeting, no “order when you’re ready,” no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. His stare, expression and demeanor made it feel as though my presence was an inconvenience. That is a complete failure in basic customer service and professionalism. I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere rather than support a place that can’t bother to acknowledge its customers. Management should address this immediately if they have any intention of retaining their customer base. I’ll also be sharing this experience with family and friends so they know to avoid this location.

I stopped eating here for awhile because the pizza was soggy and undercooked. I had it at a friends house recently and it was super good. I then decided to ordered it again and it was doughy and undercooked again? Why is it so inconsistent? and who wants a pizza with 0 browning … looks like someone else saying the same thing I said in the other recent review. Genuinely, why do you have to ask for a pizza to be crispy…? it’s undercooked period

The food was great and service was excellent. We’d hope to get the pizza a little more well done. When the staff advised they could not put it back in the oven due to health regulations it was no big deal. Still they prepared us a free to go pizza, extra crispy for free! Love it. Will definitely be going back.
Great restaurant, inexpensive, good food quick service great atmosphere. You will need more than one slice of pizza, but you can get 2 slices, a salad, and a drink for like 12$ which is more than enough food.
