We've been coming to Ibis when we're in the area for several years now and we always love it. Today when we went in we were chatting with the baristas about purchasing some beans to take home. They were very knowledgeable about the different regions and notes of the different blends and Ethan went above and beyond to make us a pourover to taste! We were so impressed! We decided on the Sidamo. Thank you Ibis!
Good coffee, however I didn't hear my name called and it was just sitting on the counter... no second calls either, but it's still a cool place to visit
