I love coming to this Carl's Jr they have amazing tenders and great and fast service I love the new GM she's amazing and hard working I see her everytime I come for lunch she's always taking my order and makes sure I have everything I needed it for my tender ,keep doing a great job you guys get my 5stars I'll be coming back for my lunch.
Had a employee named Victor took my order and went above and beyond in customer service.
When you stop at a late night drive-through, you expect employees to Be terse and unpleasant, I stopped at the drive-through on the way to a family vacation and Victor a was friendly happy they double checked my order the speaker they were attentive. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service I got from the team tonight.
